  6. This is the third release of the patch.library (V3.44) programmer's pack.
  7. Its main features are:
  8.  
  9. - Remove your patches ANY TIME even if another program has installed a patch
  10.   afterwards
  11. - Limit the tasks using the patch by taskname or taskid
  12. - no problems patching pre-V36 dos.library
  13. - automatically flushes caches, when required
  14. - priority system lets you decide, which patch-library patch to run first
  15. - ....

  17. To sum it up:
  18.     Its easy to use, expandable and safe.
  19.  
  20. Also in this archiv:
  21. - ShowNeededFiles patches dos.library to print messages whenever Open(),
  22.   LoadSeg() or Lock() is called. Assembler source is included.
  23. - CPUClr patches graphics.library/BltClear() to use the CPU instead of the Blitter
  24.   (saves some time on a faster Amiga). Assembler source is included.
  25. - Displays informations about patches of library functions
  26.     installed with the patch.library.
